Someone did Emma Watson dirty, y’all.
Earlier today, Watson arrived at the infamous Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty with some fresh ink. The 27-year-old actress was sporting a Time’s Up tattoo on her right arm, and it was hard to ignore. Unfortunately, Watson’s beautiful, statement-making-ink also showed off an egregious grammatical error.
The sprawling tattoo, which is written in elegant cursive, is missing an apostrophe! Rather than saying Time’s Up, it reads Times Up. While some may lose sleep over such a mistake (yeah, we’re talking about Watson’s onscreen alter ego, Hermione Granger), others probably just got a good laugh out of it.
Watson has publicly supported Time’s Up many times on social media. The groundbreaking movement is described as a “unified call for change from women in entertainment for women everywhere.”
Whether Watson’s ink is temporary or permanent is still up for debate. It’s most likely temporary, or at least we hope it is. No one wants a misspelled tattoo!
