Twilight fans get excited! Bella, Edward, and Jacob are back on the big screen for one weekend only.
To celebrate the film’s 10 year anniversary, StudioCanal is On 26th October through to the 28th October cinemas around the country will screen the box office sensation and much-loved teen drama at selected locations across the weekend.
The original and first installment in the series of 5 epic films, focuses on the development of a personal relationship between human teenager Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) and vampire Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson), and the subsequent efforts of Edward and his family to keep Bella safe from a separate group of hostile vampires.
The film directed by Catherine Hardwicke and written by Melissa Rosenberg was released theatrically on November 21, 2008. The franchise has grossed more than AUD $150 million at the Australian box office. In total the Twilight series has grossed over $3.3 billion at the cinema worldwide.

Robert Pattinson, says it still feels like it was just yesterday. While promoting his upcoming film High Life, the 32-year-old actor reminisced about the vampire saga that helped him rise to stardom. “It definitely doesn’t feel like 10 years ago,” he told Variety. “I feel like I stopped mentally progressing around the time when I started doing those movies, so it feels like not a day has passed.”
“On one hand, it’s 10 years ago — it’s wild, it’s surreal to think about that — but on the other, my memories are still so close to me, it doesn’t feel like a lifetime ago necessarily.”
