Alessia Cara, Joe Jonas to co-host the 2017 iHeartRadio Much Music Video Awards

Watch out, Canada!

This year’s line up of presenters and performers for the 2017 iHeartRadio Much Music Video Awards are already stacked, but what about hosts? The names have been revealed and making the ultimate dream team are this year’s hosts, Alessia Cara and Joe Jonas!

The former “Camp Rock” star and his band DNCE are already announced as performers for the 2017 iHeartRadio MMVAs, with the four-piece also earning a nomination for iHeartRadio International Duo or Group of the Year. While this year is the first time Jonas will hit the stage with his supergroup, it’s definitely not his introduction to the annual award show. Back in 2009, Joe and his brothers Nick and Kevin became the first celebrity hosts of the iHeartRadio MMVAs, setting the bar high both for hosting and performing, with The Jonas Brothers pulling double duty that year.

DNCE dropped their self-titled debut album in 2016, which included the hits “Cake By The Ocean,” “Toothbrush” and “Body Moves.” The band recently released their high-energy new single “Kissing Strangers” featuring Nicki Minaj and it’s racing up the charts.

Joe and Alessia should have no trouble getting the crowd hyped on Sunday, June 18 considering the incredible line up of presenters and performers joining them on stage at the iHeartRAdio MMVAs.
